Manufacturing process

Anyang Forging Press Company covers a total area of more than 400 acres and administered four large-scale professional production base - NC large equipment production base forging hammer production base forging production base and forging equipment parts production base. With two professional heat treatment plant, two forging branch, five large assembly plants (including precision hydraulic assembly), five machines plus plant. The Group owns more than 50 sets of various types of traveling vehicles and the largest one-piece lifting capacity of 150 tons. It owns more than 300 sets of various processing equipment, of which 9 set CNC boring and milling machines, 12 set CNC machining centers and more than 20 are specialized processing machines for various special planes.

Factory test

Anyang Forging Press Company has a complete factory test conditions, the factory need to undergo a rigorous inspection, the factory products to achieve high quality and reliability, so that the factory to eliminate the early failure.
